So, apparently today is Black Friday. All I remember is if you break a mirror (or was it glass?), you'll have bad luck for 20 years. I first heard this when I was about eight years old. I was extremely scared to do touch glass but quite confident since my parents didn't let me do anything anyways.
I really don't have anything special to say about Black Friday but damn, the 12 year olds on my Facebook feed are going crazy over it. I was thinking of what story to share with my followers and I remembered this one funny memory in December last year.
Okay so my very good friend was going to leave for London for his training to be part of the Royal Marines and we had like one night of fun for him. Gathered our close friends to have a few drinks and listen to music. Later on we went club hopping and that was pretty fun. Anyways before that, there was a point where we all started singing in unison to this love song. My goodness we sounded so good (so I thought). Well all I can say is, I feel really sorry for anyone who was in the vicinity like neighbours or even my friend's dogs. That was the most ear aching thing (that came from human vocal cords) I've experienced in my life. NO JOKE.
I'm pretty sure it's common sense but I've actually got a recording of us "singing" (more like wailing) so I actually have solid proof and not hearsay to know that it's not a good idea. I'll try and get it off my friend from London and hopefully I can share it with you guys.
Either way, that was one of the most fun nights I've had with my friends.
I'll be writing an entry that's not so centred on my life. Probably another blog entry about Kina or maybe something else. Till then :)
Oh by the way, if any of you guys know how to prepare oats, I'd love to read up on it since my oats are just plain and with just a bit of milk. Unpleasant...unless I'm not getting the point of eating something like oats. Anyways, till my next blog entry.
